ROB KARDASHIAN Placed On Strict Meal Plan And Workout Schedules




Obviously Chyna's lady influence on Rob Kardashian is yielding some pretty obvious results as Rob Kardashian claim to have lost 40 pounds weight so far since he started dating Chyna. Though they claim to be sticking to a strict diet which excludes fast food but maintaining regular workout schedules but its unclear if the workouts include the indoor bedroom kinda workout with Chyna as well. Rob's also cut out red meats and carbs while hitting the gym 5 times a week with a personal trainer. 
The source said; the couple made a "no cheat days" vow, and are working towards motivating each other to stick to the plan.
