SCIENCE: See Planet Saturn’s Moons Perfectly Aligned In A Cosmic ‘Bullseye’

NASA's Cassini spacecraft captures an incredible view of Saturn's moons

On Sept. 24th, the Cassini spacecraft’s narrow-angle camera captured anincredible view of Saturn’s moons, Enceladus and Tethys, as they lined up almost perfectly into a cosmic ‘bullseye.’ The view captures the unilluminated side of Saturn’s rings, along with the two celestial bodies just above it. Since the moons are both at similar distances from the spacecraft, NASA says the image shows a fairly accurate representation of their relative sizes.
