A group of Nigerian Passengers who flew a Turkish Airline had their luggage displaced by the airline at the Abuja Airport leaving them stranded at the airport most of them having to spend the Christmas at the airport waiting endlessly for their luggage. Yesterday the stranded passengers resorted to dealing with the situation their own way by blocking a Turkish plane ready for takeoff on the runway creating mass panic.They threaten they were not going to leave the airport until their luggage is retrieved.
According to the passengers they said, no information and no announcements have been made as to their missing luggage and that was not acceptable by them. Unless we are cleared on the whereabouts of our luggage we are not leaving the airport.
