Kanye West Gushes About Baby No 2 On The Way And His Shoe Line Award

Kanye West is a happy and proud man. He has revealed he thinks his wife Kim Kardashian is going to give birth to their son 'any day now'.

Kanye, was awarded a top prize at the Footwear News' 29th Annual Achievement Awards in New York City on Wednesday, confessed his speculation over the arrival of his second child.

The 38-year-old said while up on stage: 'I'm waiting on my son to arrive any day now.'

He continued, speaking about his prize: 'I look at my daughter and I look at my wife and she's rich and I don't plan on being broke. I'm so, so focused on creating.' 

Kim, 35, is expected to give birth to baby no 2 this month after she underwent a medical procedure over the weekend to turn the breech baby to the head-down position.

But while the procedure was a success and the tiny tot is now engaged - so that she doesn't have to undergo a C-section - the KUWTK star admitted it was extremely painful.

Kim said: 'They don't give you any pain medication, and let me tell you: This was soooooo painful. Probably more painful than childbirth. BUT it worked!!! (sic)'

Kim also had a difficult first pregnancy with North West, now two, and she was forced to give birth to the little North five weeks early back in June 2013. .

Kanye's comments about his soon-to-be-born second child came as heavily-pregnant Kim shared a gushing post on Twitter after he picked up the Shoe Of The Year Award for his Adidas Yeezy Boost line at the ceremony. 

'So well deserved,' Kim wrote on her Twitter account, alongside a photo of her husband at the event.
