German Condom Firm Run Into Legal Battle For Using Misguiding Advert Slogan

Embattled German condom company facing legal challenges due to claims  their product guarantee up to 21 orgasms. Rival condom manufacturer aint giving up either as they follow up with legal proceedings.
Einhorn has been ordered by German judge to stop the use of the slogan as it is misguiding.
"Einhorn" has asked a state court in Duesseldorf to overturn an injunction obtained by a rival condom manufacturer, which banned it from using the claim on their packaging.
Einhorn argued that the slogan was obviously a joke, but judges indicated they are unlikely to overturn the injunction as they said the claim could encourage customers to reuse condoms.

Three-in-one: Einhorn, a company which produces 'ethical, sustainable and fair trade' vegan-friendly condoms, promises 'up to 21 orgasms' for a pack of seven - three per condom

No promises: German condom company Einhorn, run by entrepreneurs Philip Siefer and Waldemar Zeiler(pictured) has been banned from promising that their condoms could lead to more than one orgasm

However, the manufacturers themselves claim that the statement is correct, as promising just one orgasm per condom is offering a one-sided sexual experience.
'Just one orgasm per condom would mean that only the man was allowed to reach climax,' Einhorn, which is run by entrepreneurs Philip Siefer and Waldemar Zeiler, told The Local.
'This does not take into account women and other sexual partners. After all, during sex both or multiple sexual partners can orgasm several times.'
The court will announce its decision on Nov. 26.
